Privacy Policy
Legal
This policy explains what information this website collects, why it is collected, and what happens to it.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to Suess Advisory, a one-person practice operated by Hunter Suess, and to this website.
What is collected
Information is only collected when you choose to give it. There are three ways that happens:
- The project intake form. Your name, business name, email address, phone number if you provide one, a description of what you would like help with, and optionally your timeline and budget range.
- Booking a call. Scheduling is handled by a third-party calendar service, which collects the name, email address, and any notes you enter when booking.
- Emailing directly. Whatever you include in your message.
This site does not require an account, and it does not ask for payment details, government identification, or any other sensitive personal information.
Why it is collected
To reply to you, to prepare for a conversation about your business, and, if we work together, to deliver and support the services you have asked for. Your information is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising.
Text messages
Providing a phone number on the intake form does not sign you up for text messages. The number is used only to reach you about your enquiry.
If you later become a client and a service involves sending text messages, that consent will be collected separately and explicitly at that point. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the messaging provider used to deliver messages on behalf of Suess Advisory, and only for that purpose.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no cross-site tracking. The calendar embed may set cookies that are necessary for scheduling to function.
Who else sees your information
Service providers used to run the practice may process your information on its behalf, including an email provider, a calendar and scheduling provider, and the hosting provider for this site. They may only use it to provide those services.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of either party.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation. Client records are kept for as long as the working relationship continues, and afterwards where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
Your choices
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hunter@suessadvisory.com and the request will be handled directly.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. Information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly.
